Returns

Ranger Point Precision is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! You can return or exchange new, unused and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of your order. No questions asked. No restocking fees. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items must be sent back in new, unused and fully resellable condition. All items and exchanges should be shipped to: Ranger Point Precision 11115 Mills Rd., Suite 122 Cypress, TX 77429.

As soon as your refund is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer Return Process (Account Login / Password)

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.

3. Find the order they wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.

4. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

5. Click Submit Return Request.

Customer Returns Process (Guest Checkout)
If you need to return an item, please send us an email to sales@rangerpointprecisision.com with your order# and why you're returning the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
