As soon as your refund is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Customer Return Process (Account Login / Password)
1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.
2. Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
3. Find the order they wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
5. Click Submit Return Request.

Due to federal regulations, we only allow for orders in our store in the United States.
United States law (specifically the “ITAR” – International Traffic in Arms Regulations”) allows for the export without an export license of certain firearm-related parts and components. Borderview International Shipping is one company that is licensed to help Canadians import firearm parts (up to $500). For those wanting to order Ranger Point Parts, you'll need to first complete a Borderview “Small Parts Exemption Request” form to get your approval to proceed and shipping instructions.
Next, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your parts order, approval form and shipping instructions and we can invoice you for the parts and get them shipped to Borderview for export to you in Canada.
